HKSTENT 前身來自不同公立醫院的「年輕」介入心臟科醫生，透過定期分享各自手術案例，希望藉此彼此學習，提高手術水平。
HKSTENT 於2010年11月20日正式創會，而週年大會 CICF (Cardiovascular Intervention Complication Forum) 以初心為本，希望藉着手術併發症案例大家互相學習藉此提高手術水平⋯⋯⋯
HKSTENT was founded from a group of young interventional cardiologists from different public hospitals whom through regular case sharing learnt from one another with the hope of improving their interventional standards.
HKSTENT was founded on 20th November 2010 and our annual CICF (Cardiovascular Intervention Complication Forum) holds true to our original intent – the hope of learning together through complications in interventional cases to improve our operative standards.
